I suggest waking up 30 min before you have to and start your day right. I draw every morning for about 30-40 minutes before my day actually begins. Get to work 30 min early or do it at home, where ever you're more productive. If you get breaks at your job, take you 15 minuters to draw. This will help with your speed since, well, you only got 15 minutes! Before you know it, you'll be producing more work at quicker speeds. Hope this helps!
Haha...find the time. Right. There is no find...just make! I have three girls too. My time usually come at the end of the night. After I make supper, bath them, into their jammies and get them in bed....so usually start after 10 or 11Pm. Then, well, sometimes I'm up ridiculously late.
stick in the time where you can. I have 3 girls that are all in activities, hell I coach ones basketball team. I work about 55 hours a week but still able to stick in an hour or two a day. Sucks but you have to sacrifice something to get better and do what you love even if its sleep that's getting cut short lol.
With school and work, I try to sacrifice an hour or so of sleep at times. But I need to be in the mood since my drawing area isn't a real good work environment.
Chaos Jr learned the joys of "auto-pilot" at a young age which if nothing else has actually given me time to have a free thought.
